10 points for 6 oz of pork + 7 for Minute jasmine rice
Worked out great in the hotel room!!! Made 4 meals when Rice was added. Made a few modifications to fit with cooking in the room.
Ingredients:
- 2 pound boneless pork roast
- 1/2 packet salt from breakfast bar, to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (sprinkled til well covered, look in to packets))
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (sprinkled til well covered, look in to packets)
- 1/3 – 1/2 hotel cup size water
- 1 container Knorr homestyle stock concentrate chicken reduced sodium
- 1/3 – 1/2 hotel cup size balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (liberal application)
- 1 tablespoon honey (Coated surface of meat)
- Line crock pot
- Add pork
- Add Salt, Garlic Powder, Pepper Flakes
- Add water, stock concentrate, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce
- Drizzle with honey
- Put crock pot on low and go to meeting
- Shred in crock pot gently not to shred bag
